Today I decided to take a quick trip out to Vernal, Utah to my mom’s house. Well, actually to the large garage (nicknamed The Hangar, because you could fit a plane in it) behind her house. I wanted to pick up some of my stuff which I have stashed there. It quickly became clear that I should just take all of it. Fortunately for me, everything I own fits into the trunk and the back seat of a Buick.
Today I’m grateful for:
-My Mongolian cashmere sweater (winter just got a whole lot better!!)
-Thai picture books
-Buddhist artwork
-One red kimono
-The red backpack
-A driver’s license (don’t use it often, but it does come in handy)
-More memories than any one person should have.
